Articulate Nursing was founded in 2014 by Cheri Petch, whose vision for home healthcare was shaped by a deeply personal experience. While navigating her father's illness, hospitalization, and long-term care journey, Cheri witnessed firsthand the challenges many families face when trying to access compassionate, personalized care. She saw gaps in the system and recognized the need for a more supportive approach that focused on the individual, not just their medical needs.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference, she created Articulate Nursing to help individuals and families receive the care, guidance, and support they deserve in the comfort of their own homes. Today, Articulate Nursing proudly provides services throughout Ontario, including Waterloo, Belleville, Kitchener, Cambridge, and Wingham.
Our Team
Charmesh – Registered Nurse
Charmesh is an internationally educated nurse with a passion for compassionate, person-centered care. With experience in home care in Canada and healthcare settings internationally, he enjoys helping others feel supported and comfortable. Outside of work, he loves discovering new places and embracing new experiences.

Leadership & Experience
Cheri brings decades of experience in healthcare, customer service, business ownership, and team leadership. Throughout her entrepreneurial career, she has successfully owned and operated multiple businesses while leading large teams and maintaining a strong commitment to service excellence.
Her hands-on involvement remains a cornerstone of Articulate Nursing. Cheri personally meets many applicants and places a strong emphasis on selecting caregivers who demonstrate compassion, integrity, professionalism, and genuine concern for others. This dedication helps ensure that every client receives the high standard of care the organization is known for.
